HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Upon receiving your packages at our Miami facility, the cargo will be processed (inspected and logged) and a pre-alert notification will be sent to you via e-mail. Once the invoices are in hand, cargo will be shipped on the next flight. Shipment will be cleared from Customs and deliveries will be done within the next two (2) business days.

CAN I PAY ONLINE TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS?
Absolutely! Payments can be made directly to our account. All you need to do is send the wire-confirmation, referencing AWB# and name. Our office location will accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit transactions and pre-approved company cheques. Due to safety concerns our delivery drivers can only accept Debit or Credit card payments.

I DON’T WANT TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY, CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM AT YOUR OFFICES?
Of course! Our IBTT team will be very happy to serve you. However, you must urgently inform our office of your intent so the package will be held and not air-marked for delivery.

I HAVE A HIGH VALUE CARGO REACHING THE WAREHOUSE AND I WANT SPECIAL HANDLING AND PACKAGING?
Of course, Our IBTT team U.S. will open your package and complete visual inspection, after which you will be sent an e-mail notification. If you want the item you crated, re-boxed or even bubble wrapped for additional protection and safety this can be done at a minimal cost.

I HAVE LARGE VOLUME ITEMS TO SHIP, E.G, FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, BUILDING MATERIALS, ATV’S CAN I USE YOUR SERVICE FOR THIS AS WELL?
Of course! IBTT Express Couriers primary mode of shipping is Airfreight, however our sister company, Trinidad Freight Solutions are the experts at this. Our U.S. Team will provide you with all the support from shipper’s end, pickup and SED customs filing while our local team will provide Customs Clearance and deliver to you hassle free. We are your one stop shipping and logistics provider.
